...was a bi-monthly live experimental video and music concert series focused on experimental works and fostering an open, informal setting for collaboration and sharing. Founded and curated by Helena Sanders with the booking/technical support of Sjoerd Stolk (OCCII) and Luc Van Weelden (sound engineer), AV Club regularly brought together a wide range of makers and performers - international and local, established and emerging - with a wide audience and in one of Amsterdam’s longest-running alternative spaces (the former squat and venue OCCII).
AV Club Amsterdam also extended out into the city, doing collaborations with West Wednesdays and Volle Band mobile-cycle cinema, OT301, and Red Light Radio.
